Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Delivery times
All orders ship from our European fulfillment center with tracked delivery. Typical delivery times after processing:
- United States: 4–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Australia & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Netherlands & EU: 2–6 business days
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days
Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping costs & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free-shipping offers are shown directly in your cart — the progress bar tells you exactly how close you are.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking link, sent by email once your parcel is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the link.
Customs & import taxes
Depending on your country, imported orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility. Any applicable charges are determined by your local customs authority.
Wrong address or lost parcels
If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at info@ondeamsterdam.com — we can usually correct it before the order ships. If your tracking shows your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
