Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every tool we make. If you are not completely in love with your ONDE Amsterdam styling tool, you can return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
Email us at info@ondeamsterdam.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your tool. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Where possible, please include the original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
- Please use a tracked shipping service — we can only refund returns that arrive back to us or show delivered tracking.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days and confirm it by email. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the funds.
2-Year Warranty
Every ONDE Amsterdam tool comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your tool stops working as it should within 2 years of purchase, contact us and we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or normal cosmetic wear.
Promotional purchases
Items bought in a promotion (for example, a discounted second styling tool) can be returned under the same 100-day guarantee. If you return part of an order that used a multi-item promotion, the refund is adjusted so the promotion applies correctly to the items you keep.
Your statutory rights
Our 100-day guarantee is offered on top of — and never limits — your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK and any rights under your local consumer law.
